purchase not showing in billing

I paid 12 GBP for a fallout 1st subscription for PC and it is not showing up in my billing history even though the money has been taken out of you account

I also did no receive the benefits for this subscription

Are you sure your purchase with the same account you're checking it's purchase history mate?

What Hassassinade said about the purchases showing up on the billing site is incorrect. If you use a code to acquire a game (versus buying on the dashboard) it will ONLY show as purchased in your download history. It will NOT show on the billing/commerce
site transaction list.

Hello, in you microsoft account under billing does it show the purchase of the points??? Does the purchase show a redeem code?
