    I am trying to make a purchase to unlock demo but get this message

    Ask an adult to change your settings

    To buy this, an adult needs to change your limit on what you can buy, in family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

    i am an adult and the account birth date is well above 18 yrs.

    Please tell me how to adjust settings because the website has absolutely no information to do so.

    Not allowed to purchase any games.

    Hi! I would like to purchase few games, but each time i try to buy something i receive this text: "This item is not available in your current location"

    Im trying to buy these 4 games: "Call of duty: Black ops", "red dead redemption", Gears of war 3" and "Gta 4"

    I have USA account, but my physical location is Latvia. What should i do? There has to be some way to purchase at least 1 of these games.

    Yes, i know that. But Latvia is not Xbox Live supported country, so i couldn't create account which match with my location.

    What should i do now? I have paid for my xbox and it's so unfair if i can't buy games just because im from Latvia. It doesn't make any sense. How is Latvia different from any other, Xbox Live, supported country?

    Which game are you having trouble purchasing? What happens if you attempt the purchase here on Xbox.com rather than through your console, is there any change?

    Store will not allow purchase

    Microsoft does not seem to offer online support. I see phone numbers listed, but when I called the US number it was out of service. I was able to make my purchase through Steam. Thank you for your response.

    im kinda in the same boat...

    i tried using my amex prepaid card and it wont take it...wtf!

    and i have many other subs with that card like netflix and crunchy role so why wont it take it?
