    Purchase made through Windows 10 Xbox One SmartGlass


    Hello everyone. This is my first time posting on the Xbox forums so I apologize if i made any mistakes as to where this should be posted.

    Here's the deal, i wanted to pre-order the ESO: Morrowind upgrade for my account so i decided to do so before its release in a few days that way i can get the pre-order bonuses. Using the Xbox One SmartGlass app on my Windows 10 computer i head over to the
    market place and purchase the pre-order upgrade. After everything is done i get an email saying that i made that purchase. The thing is the purchase was made through the email that was signed in to my laptop and not the email that was signed into the Xbox
    One SmartGlass. So now i have a $40 pre-order upgrade on a Gamertag that has been inactive since 2015 and not the Gamertag that i intended to purchase the upgrade for.

    I'm not sure why the purchase was made through that email even though i was using a different email on the SmartGlass app. So my question is is there any way i can have the purchase transfered over to the intended account or if i can get refunded so that
    i may be able to purchase the upgrade through my xbox next time?

    It's for the Xbox One Smartglass app, not 360. Also as I said, I have the issue with the Mixer app as well.

    I'll give it a try when I get home, but I read it on Reddit that one needs SmartGlass to delete it. I upgraded my phone to Windows 10 and no longer have SmartGlass. The Xbox app on Windows 10 crashes the second I go to Messages.

    Hey there.

    To stream your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC, you'll need to use the "Xbox" app - not "Xbox Smartglass" or "Xbox Smartglass BETA". Try searching the store for just "Xbox".
