    Hello,

    Months ago I bought Psychonauts from the Microsoft Store. It's an old game, made for Xbox 360, so what I got was an adapted version of it, for Xbox One (the one I use).

    So, it was working just fine, but, when I received a console update for my Xbox, it stopped running whenever I tried to play. It turns out, the game isn't 'mine' anymore, it's like I never bought it.

    So, it's complicated, but I really hope someone has a fix for it because I really don't wanna have to buy the game again. I'll provide more information if necessary. Thx

    That's the cost of switching platforms there is no way to reverse digital purchases your only option is physical disk purchases to sell at a significant loss

    After a while, the marketplace can be a little odd and try to charge you for something you've purchased a long time ago. It's best to redownload content from your Purchase History.
