Purchase limit for Mobile Phone

Hi I think that can be because there is maximum value limit for transaction paying with mobile phone number. I would suggest different payment method or some workaround like here purchasing gift cards with mobile phone if it's possible and redeeming on your Microsoft account. Than just purchase it with it...

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with limit. Are you using a mobile payment option like a phone? Are you also on a child account? These will both limit the number of purchases. Also have you made a series of purchases in a row?
This will also limit as it may deem it suspicious. Also can try using gift card or account currency. We recommend waiting 24 hours before making any other purchases.

I have read your issue. It will not break your phone but what it might do is:

•Limited Mobile data

Make sure you have unlimited Mobile data as if you have a limit then it might run out faster or make you pay a bigger bill.

What you need to be aware:

•Mobile Hotspot is slower

While you are installing your games your mobile data on your phone be slow.

•It Will Take Longer

Mobile hotspot is slower than a Internet Router.

You have to use the desktop browser not a mobile phone

Also should be noted if it is past 14 days it doesn't qualify

And you can't tell how many hours because it's total soif you guys are game sharing with someone else their time in game does count including your profiles access and it is the standard less then 2hour limit

Abusing the refund policy can get your purchasing rights limited

Would you be able to try the purchase on a PC or mobile phone, to see if it works there?
