    Hey again! Just to be sure, you tried clearing your cache 3 times in a row after deleting the DLC and before redownloading it?

    Are you using the same profile that you bought the DLC on? If so, try redownloading your profile:

    -Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete    ).

    -Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (use this guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache    ).

    -Restart your console.

    -Download your profile (use the first guide again).

    Let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there! ^_^

    When you tried the above mentioned steps did you delete kreig and the compatibility pack? I also wonder if the clearing the cache 3 times in a row after the deletion trick will work here,could be worth a shot.

    I downloaded Fantasia (demo) last night with no problem. It works the same way as purchase.

    Happy Wars is a free to play game it doesn't have a "trial" it's just the full game that's available for free.... Don't know what issue you're experiencing but it's not related to this thread
    so please make your own thread in regards to your specific issue.

    Hi I was skimming through my games market place on friday night and decided to try the trial for Happy Wars so i'd clicked on "Get trial now" and downloaded it. Then as i was playing it an achievement popped up and thought hang on something is not right
    here so I checked my last purches online and noted that it took my MS Points just for selecting Get trial now. Now at the time its was the only opition avilable they was no see full game or unlock full game just Get trial now which think is either a con or
    an error on thier part. If any one has had this or encounted this problem before and/or know to solve it please let me know.

    You can try contacting phone support, but they are limited to what they can do for FIFA points when they have absolutely no control over the points they add from EA's points system.

    @Hassassinade, i've done that and they said I needed to contact Microsoft for the problem.
