Purchase Issue

I purchased Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection which states it has the following with it. The addons show as installed but in game I am prompted to re-purchase them. How do I correct this?

purchase issue

Hi there,

I wanted to purchase gears of war 3 season pass to join my friends on the new map packs so I clicked on game market place from gears of war 3 menu. I downloaded the first thing the came up thinking it was the season pass in reality, I downloaded the game
on demand which i personally feel shouldn't even be in that menu! Once finished downloading I figured the map packs were downloaded to my suprise they were not I imediatly returned to game marketplace and realized I had dowloaded the game. I then phoned xbox
support going through three reps I had figured that my issue would be easily resolved and i would be refunded but I wasn't because of licensing issues, which I might add there should be away to resolve that issue, as well as the full game should be under ***
ondemand not *** extras! So I then took to a manager explaning the mistake I had made. And understood the licensing agreement, then I figured the least that microsoft could do would be refund me the cost of the season's pass for gears of war 3 and I was then
told it was to expensive!!! Might I add i've never in the six years i've spent with microsoft not had an issue un resolved. I've spent thousand of dollars to this billion dollar organization as well I was a very proud advocate and xbox owner/ technician for
xbox. Until this moment, the only thing I was offered was 1 month xbox live - 8.99$. compared to the 70+ dollars I just spent. I purchase xbox live every since i've owned an xbox, plenty of add-ons, and a few games as well. I feel very unsatisfied and un appreciated
for the loyalty i've shown to microsoft throught the years!

Sorry im new to this Xbox forum and im not familiar with lay out and I just saw Purchase issue so i i'll try their. But many thanks for the heads up and I know for next time to create my own thread/s.

 

Most likely they won't show in game until they've been released next month.

 

Fourth reinstall fixed the first two expansions, time to wait for the next expansion release.
