Purchase history problem

Hi I purchased Call of duty modern warfare 2 weeks after release and have been playing the game up until 31 March 2020 where I was kicked out of the game and told I had to purchase the game. I have looked through my storage and there is no problem there.
I went through my past purchases and the game is not on the list please help .

If you go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/ you should be able to reach out directly to Support. They can even call you back directly to address your issue rather than you wait
on hold for them.

You can redownload anything from the download history, as long as that game publisher has said yes to it still being up on the servers for it to be downloaded. The customer service rep you spoke to was correct on where to go.. But, if that company says no
to it being up on our servers, or takes it down from theirs.. No one would be able to get it to download for you.

Sorry for the issue you are having. Can you try to retrieve your purchase history from Microsoft's billing site:

commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction

At times if you have ever changed Microsoft Accounts that were linked with your Xbox Profile, those don't always transfer to the new Microsoft Account as most tings are Microsoft Account locked. If you need to retrieve from a certain date or from even further
back and still are not able to get to that specific year. Xbox Billing Support would be able to pull all that information for you. You can chat with Xbox Support anytime here:
