Purchase history on xbox 360

Hey Brad,

Yes, that is a problem too. I'm talking about both issues because without one or the other, there is no way to go back and see what you own on the 360's.

So, to summarize:

Problem 1: If I go here Sign in to your Microsoft account

I see 63 Xbox One games, ZERO Xbox games, and ZERO Xbox 360 Games

My main Xbox One has 214 Xbox One games, 1 Xbox game, and 298 Xbox 360 games, for a total of 521 games on it.

My main Xbox 360 has 529 games on it. The actual number I own is slightly higher than that.

So, as anyone can plainly see, the web site is BROKEN (at least for some people). I suspect it may be because my account has been around for 16+ years and has thousands of purchases on it. Many of those purchases were done with Microsoft Points
vs. actual dollars.

Problem 2: If I go here Sign in to your Microsoft account

(which is where everyone keeps saying to go)

I get a huge list which contains NO Xbox 360 purchase history prior to some time in 2013 when the system was changed from Microsoft Points to using actual dollars.

Because of these two issues, I am unable to see my complete Xbox 360 purchase history. And while my Xbox One purchase history is available on the billing site, it doesn't feature any way to separate games from add-ons, hardware purchases and all other kinds
of purchases. It is just one huge list with no way to filter and sort.

I am NOT going to speak to Xbox Support, because much like this forum, it is for dummies and a complete waste of time. This issue needs to be escalated to the technical engineers at Microsoft, but I have neither the time, nor the patience to keep pressing
the point until someone understands.
