Purchase history on xbox 360

Purchase history for Xbox 360's is completely broken and has been for some time. I can't view it on the website nor on my Xbox 360's directly. I wish Microsoft would fix this.

Except that the 360 games on Xbox One are just that; 360 games. They are backward compatible games from the 360. Rex, have your son check his purchase history:

How to check purchase history from the 360 Console:

Where to check purchase history on Xbox.com:

live.xbox.com/.../history

If it shows up in his purchase history, he can choose to download it from the history. If it does not, make sure that he used his account and not a different account to redeem the code.

 

The problem with the game

Check your purchase history to see if it's there. If it is, you can download it to your console from there.

I do know that they removed Xbox 360 in My Games on Xbox.com. You should be able to see your complete purchase history still though.

I'll do you one better. Go to this site instead Sign in to your Microsoft account and click sign in on the upper right hand corner. Login with your xbox live email address and password. The order history shows you every purchase across your devices.
Xbox One Purchases have a little screenshot, and the 360 purchases will have a blue box icon. You can also see any codes you redeemed. This is a great site because if you don't receive a digital code from Microsoft when you purchase something, you can access
the codes from this page, or resend the email.

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing that page, it's super handy.

 

I suggest You to talk to Xbox Support

 

On the console, it says "This page doesn't exist". And then proceeds to tell you to go to a web browser and navigate to Sign in to your Microsoft account

If you go there and select "All Available" you can only see purchase history back to around July of 2010. The list is incomplete. On top of that it doesn't have any of the features the old website had at Sign in to your Microsoft account

This conversion away from the old xbox.com site has lost a lot of functionality for the Xbox 360 users including the ability to see your download queue and to queue up downloads from your purchase history.

Short answer no, its not a joke. Our Xbox Support Specialists have access to the order history of the Microsoft accounts. Now on the Sign in to your Microsoft account
website make sure the filters are set to Show ALL and from ALL AVAILABLE since it could be preventing you from seeing the entire history! Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

 

Sigh, the site is broken, plain and simple. Selecting ALL and ALL AVAILBALE gives me purchase history back to July 2010 and NO XBOX 360 HISTORY beyond JUNE of 2013.
I made hundreds of purchases on the 360 prior to that time.

There have been others complaining about this on this very forum for months, but it falls on deaf ears.

Too bad it isn't possible to get a technical engineer to look at what has been done. I give up. This forum is clearly for dummies.

Sorry for the issue with seeing purchase history. This isn't just you, as I am unable to see 360 games online either. We been looking into this to see if it is by design or if it is a bug. We are waiting for a reply on this matter. For example I can only
see Xbox one games and original Xbox titles no Xbox 360 titles.

We will update this soon as we hear anything.

I think I finally found the answer. Microsoft changed from using points to using actual money back in 2013. All of the history of purchases made with points is lost on the new web site. Only the purchase of points remains. The old web site showed everything
fine. Unfortunately, I didn't save a copy of the old site before it was destroyed. It is sad to see the support for the 360 waning. I enjoy playing my library of games on all three generations of Xboxes.

As I said earlier when I go to Xbox.com and view my library there are no 360 games but the total I own is correct. It only shows the original Xbox and Xbox one games. A few have checked it here also and see same thing.

Go to your Microsoft Account then your latest orders abd check If it's all there

 

If It doesn't appear to You, so You should speak to support
