Purchase history on a renewal subscription shifted

Hello!

My subscription to Xbox Live come to an end and I do not want to re-subscribed immediately but later, so when i am going to re-subscribed ( With the same profile ) is my purchase history will be available in my new account?

This is important because if my hard drive from my console broke and I lose all my games i have to re-download the games for free!

But if I have a new account ( with the same last profile ) maybe the Xbox Live does not know that I'd bought those games?

EA Access billing issue

my EA Access subscription won’t go through. I had an EA Access subscription which recently run out. The auto renewal attempted to charge my old credit card. On the Microsoft purchase history it is listed as pending. I tried to resubmit my purchase with
my new credit card info and it comes up with an error code that another purchase is blocking my purchase. What can I do to cancel the pending charge and resubmit my new subscription?

the xbox live account stays the same when it has a gold or free subscription.

Any purchase is linked to that xbox live account so it doesn't matter if the account is gold or a free account.

It should allow you to download that game again whenever you want when using the same xbox live account and when the console is connected to xbox live ofcourse.

Yes.

You can redownload your games anytime, even if you're not a Gold member and only Silver (free membership), except in the case of titles downloaded through Games with Gold programme on Xbox One.
