Purchase history not showing up on commerce website

Recently I went to review my purchase history to see what Rock Band songs I owned before the new game came out, when I did this on the commerce website I found that not all my purchase were listed. I have nothing listed before 2010 and certainly I can tell
that 2010 and 2011 are missing entries. I have bought so many games at this point it would be hard for me to tell which ones were missing but it appears to be some kind of system problem on MS end to me. I have tried on different days and on different devices
and the information has remained the same. Previously I had used the website to download all my rock band content when Rock Band Blitz came out. Please help

Missing MS Points from Summer of Arcade

What Hassassinade said about the purchases showing up on the billing site is incorrect. If you use a code to acquire a game (versus buying on the dashboard) it will ONLY show as purchased in your download history. It will NOT show on the billing/commerce
site transaction list.

Did you buy it with points or a code?

If its not showing up in your download history on the console OR on your purchase history on the website, support will should be able to see it in your points history (if from the last year).



If its not showing up on that account, are you absolutely positive its the account you downloaded it on?

Were there any other accounts on the xbox you might have gotten it on instead?

 

Try this page instead. The Commerce website page that people keep getting referred to seems to be messed up. I have the same issue with it myself.
