Purchase History Linked to XBoxOne Console not Windows Live account ?

    Hey Forum,

I want to reset/clear all of my Xbox One history including all my past purchases of Games DLC,s and Demo's. So I reset my Xbox One to factory Defaults and created a bran new Microsoft account. Then I went through the Xbox One initial setup and linked my
new account. Now everything has been reset (Gamerscore, saved games, etc...). Except all purchases I had made with my previous account are still available. So in the Xbox store all my past purchases a still available for install. I still get prompted to install
previously purchased DLC content on certain games which I don't want anymore (example: Killer instinct classic). Ready to install list still has all my old purchases and Demo's in the list that I also do not want anymore.

I there a way to achieve a full reset. I can't believe that if I was to sell my Xbox one to someone, that person would automatically have free access to all my past purchases.

    Thanks.

    :)

How to check your Xbox LIVE or Zune billing and purchase history

It is possible to have a look at the history of all purchases made on your Xbox LIVE account.

View charges on your Xbox LIVE account

    1) Sign into the Microsoft Billing website using your Windows Live ID. (This is the email address and password associated with your Xbox LIVE account or Zune account).

    2) Go to Your Payment Methods and choose the payment method you want to go through its history (for example, credit card).

Note: Zune purchases are found under Your Services.

    3) You will see a list of charges for the current month (for example, membership renewals and Microsoft Points). If you want to look at the charges from another month, you can change the Statement Period accordingly.

If charges are not showing up, confirm that you used the right email and password associated with your Xbox LIVE account to sign into the Microsoft Billing website.

Look at your Xbox LIVE purchase history:

There are two ways you can use to see the history of purchases you have made using your Xbox LIVE account:

    • Sign in using your Windows LIVE ID and go to Purchase History.
    • Use your console to view your Xbox LIVE purchase history
    Steps for using the console:

    1) Use your Xbox LIVE gamertag to sign in.

    2) Under Settings, select Account.

    3) Go to Download History. You will see a list of items you have downloaded.

Note: If you are on a 2 year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, you will get all the relevant information under your billing history and purchase history. You will be charged a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 during the 2 year period.

Look at your Zune purchase history in the Zune software:

    1) Start the Zune software and Sign In using your Windows LIVE ID in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

    2) Under Settings, choose Account.

    3) Select Purchase History. You will a list of your purchases by category.

Print a list of charges to your account:

    1) Sign into the Microsoft Billing website using your Windows Live ID.

    2) Go to Your payment methods and choose the type of payment method you want (for example, credit card). You will see charges for the current month.

    3) Click on Show print view. A new window will open with the month's transactions.

    4) Click Print on your browser.

    HELP!!! Licence Transfer Problem

If I remember right you can do all that on the Xbox website in your account. And just queue it all up .

    Taken from the Xbox website..

    .

    On your computer

To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email and password).
Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console’s download queue.
Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
Note Downloading previously purchased content to a different Xbox 360 console does not transfer the content's licence. If you want to use content without signing in to Xbox LIVE, you must transfer the content licence to the console. For information on how to transfer licences, see Can’t play content after console was repaired or replaced.

I reckon it's because of the Home Xbox thing. With Home Xbox, all profiles can play content on an Xbox that a profile owns if that profile has set that particular console as their Home Xbox. Your last profile would have set this console as its Home, and
therefore all content it owns is available to download.

If you would want to reset this, there are two options: 1) log in as that profile on the console and go to Settings->Home Xbox->"This is not my Home Xbox" or 2) use that profile on a new console and go to Settings>Home Xbox>This is my Home Xbox, which would
remove its Home status from the first console.

    Lost game on xbox

    Hello

Anything you own will appear in your purchase history or show in the Xbox store as owned. The game isn't linked to the console it's linked to the account. I would double check your purchase history to be sure the game is linked to your account and not another.

I purchased Minecraft on the xbox and it did not work

You can head to your download history on your xbox by going to Settings, and then select Account. Then select Download History and look for it there. It should be in the very top since new purchased items are at the top.

You can also, check your download history on your computer:

1)To see your purchase history, go to Account Purchase History and sign in with your Microsoft account (email and password).

2)Browse your purchase history. If you want to download something again, click Add to queue. This adds the item to your console's download queue.

3)Turn on your console and connect to Xbox LIVE. The items will begin downloading.
