Purchase History is empty in my Microsoft Account

I bought over 150 digital games on the xbox store since May 2015. For each of them, I have the purchase confirmation email. When I entered my Microsoft Account in September 5, 2016, to my surprise, my transaction history had disappeared. I saved I print
from this screen.

I contacted support various times since then and no one could help me.

Today I bought two games (Assassin's Creed Chronicles India and Russia) and these games appeared in the transaction history. For some strange reason, my purchase history from today backwards has been deleted or does not appear to me.

My games work fine on Xbox One, so it is not an issue with licenses. However, it is inadmissible that my purchase history is gone!

Please, I request to someone at Microsoft to take a look at my account to see what kind of bug happened.

Purchase History Empty

I have started re-downloading the entirey of my purchase library (or trying to) due to the purchase of an external hard drive.

When accessing purchase history on my 360 nearly everything is saying content not available.

When accessing purchase history on xbox.com (Sign in to your Microsoft account) I am only able to see my Full games that I have bought and the DLC for Far Cry 4 which I
purchased yesterday (26th January 2016).

If I go to the individual game pages the content I have purchased shows up as "Already purchased" case in point all four DLC items from Borderlands show as purchased but do not show in purchase history.

While time consuming this work-around is okay for games that I remember purchasing content for and still have their DLC listed on the Xbox Store pages. I have however purchased content that has since been delisted and can only be accessed through the purchase
history option (Forza 2, PGR3/4 spring to mind straight away) I am left unable to download the content.

I have tried logging out and then back in on the site, I have tried a cache clear on my Xbox 360. I would really like to know how I can access my content.

And now I've gone to the purchase history page by clicking the link on this page it shows all my past purchases again, and they all appear okay on my 360. I'm guessing that there has been something wrong on the servers and it is now sorted?

 

Does anything happen when you check the time filter?

It's right under the words "Order history". To get the most possible items on your list, it should be set:

• Show --> All
• From --> All Available

Yes, I tried that.

I know it sounds weird and something impossible to happen, but that's it, I can't access my purchase history.

phone support.

Unfortunately, support are unable to help me. They said they will contact me but didn't do. I even asked them to send me a report of all my transaction history and they just ignored me. It's not simply a purchasing/billing support. It's some kind of bug
on microsoft side that is preventing me from seeing my transaction history. As I said, I have bought over 150 digital games since may 2015. Here's an image of what is shown on my account (I just put black bars on my personal info):

Just to check, are you redeeming pre-paid codes for some of the content you've purchased? Pre-paid codes wouldn't show up in your transaction history but would still tie a license to your account. Keep us in the loop so that we can further look into this.

 

There are only 7 games that I redeemed 25 digit codes (Assassin's Creed Unity, Halo: MCC, Max The Course of Brotherhood, Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2, Forza 6 and Gears of War Ultimate Edition). All others I bought using founds on my Microsoft account or using
my credit card.

As you can see in the link below, I have 10 pages of content purchased (games, bundles or DLC). Of course some of them are Games with Gold but the majority are games that I bought. Some games, the recent ones, don't even show here, since the merge of windows
and xbox store.
