Purchase history inaccessible.

Got a 404 error message. Transactions server cannot be accessed. Purchase history inaccessible. Cannot download item. Any suggestions? (Tested all connections. Things are working.)

Purchase History

You can redownload anything from the download history, as long as that game publisher has said yes to it still being up on the servers for it to be downloaded. The customer service rep you spoke to was correct on where to go.. But, if that company says no
to it being up on our servers, or takes it down from theirs.. No one would be able to get it to download for you.

Is there a way to see, print , and queue my purchase\download history from Xbox.com? Thank you very much.

Please clarify a bit, but when do you receive the error?

(Specifically is this on a Phone, PC, Xbox one/360, etc.)

Does it say anything about the account having issues during sign in?

Does the error happen all the time?

What kind of network are you using? (Wired/ Wireless/Hotspot)

let us know a bit more please.

Hi there, some more information would be helpful, such as whcih device you are getting these errors on.

If you are on a computer, try a different broswer, clearing cookies, cache etc. Even a different device if possible.

Sorry for the issue you are having. Can you try to retrieve your purchase history from Microsoft's billing site:

commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction

At times if you have ever changed Microsoft Accounts that were linked with your Xbox Profile, those don't always transfer to the new Microsoft Account as most tings are Microsoft Account locked. If you need to retrieve from a certain date or from even further
back and still are not able to get to that specific year. Xbox Billing Support would be able to pull all that information for you. You can chat with Xbox Support anytime here:
