    That's a possibility, yes.

    That said, we've pretty much exhausted all the troubleshooting steps/support options available to us at this point, unfortunately. As Games For Windows Live is no longer supported, we are unable to assist further. Sincere apologies for the frustration and
    lack of resolution it has led to.

    Thank-you for asking me to recheck today.

    No Sorry. I am having the same trouble...though I am obviously connected to internet. Marketplace insists it can't connect to retrieve my history, thus my ability to DL is blocked.

    This only affects DLC as I don't need a purchase history to DL the base game from Steam as their records show I own this and at least that part is re-downloadable via them.

    My old PC is in the other room collecting dust. However, It too is Windows 10 64-bit. and whether or not that was the cause, I was having the same issue.

    Ironically, when I try to re-redeem my codes, GFWL acknowledges that they have been used before. What it is not recognizing is that I am the one that used them before. Note in the 2nd JPEG, I purchased this game with all the DLC on 19-Dec-11. I would like,
    please, to see GFWL's database adjusted reflect my valid ownership so this barrier could resolve itself.
