Purchase history disappeared

Hello there,

I want to re-download an old game from Xbox store.

I did knew that i can find it through the Order history, but i cannot find it now as i found that my record before July 2010 were disappeared.

That game is "Outrun Online Aracde", i bought it in 2009.

What can i do? Thanks.

are you sure you are using the same account that purchased the game.

Yes,

This account I have been used since 2006. I cannot access the older purchase history (before 07/2010).

Use your download history on the console.

Sign in to Xbox Live on your console using the gamertag you used when you purchased the content.
Go to settings and select Account.
Select Download History.
Browse your download history and find the item you want to download again.
Select the item, and then select Download Again.

I tried the method you suggest but I still cannot access the purchase history before 7/2010, the game I'm finding is delisted in the store and I purchased in summer 2009. How can I check my purchase history in 2009?

Should be available. Unless you sold sayed games as any game sold will disappear from your purchase history
