Purchase failed but no error code, only the 32 digit purchase ID

I'm trying to make a purchase from the store, but it fails and tells me to enter the code at
http://xbox.com/errorhelp, but there is no error code, only the 32 digit purchase ID.

What's the next step in fixing this problem when there's no error code?

I also keep getting the same error when I try to purchase Rockstar Table Tennis. I've tried two valid and up to date payment methods. I have only tried on the site, but there has been no eight digit error code.

 

Problems using Promo Code

It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones

I'm from Spain.. and I have the same issue..

When I want to use a code, I have 32 digit error.. and when I want to buy Gold w/ credit card or paypal I've same issue.

 

Same issue. Even on free games or trials.

 

Only seeing threads related to this popping up today, so it's likely a new development they're trying to fix, or about to be trying to fix.
