    I receive this error every time I open the game time 3, plus you already purchased this

    I just tried to purchase a Packet for $9.99 and was sent a purchase error message, however it was on my order history Order number 5897366299

    please help me with this

    Hotel wifi

    How can I connect to a hotel wifi. I'm sure it needs to use a browser...but everytime I open Edge it errors out.

    I have this same problem too. What a garbage platform, come on Microsoft. Love that everytime my kids open the game I have to sign them in with a laptop. FML.
    Same here. If I close the game, I have to relog into my account everytime with a code. Not to mention it says something about using a temporary microsoft account to use your purchases...

    Games will not start

    It has been 2 days since my last reply and games still are taking to long to start and multiple freezes and everytime i press “help” when the screen comes up with the error code taking to long to start, the xbox assist app doesent open either and has the
    same error code. Please help I have been paying subscriptions whenever I am unable to play the games at all. I have tried everything.

    Reinstalling games Everytime I play

    Noted. Kindly try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below.

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    If it still doesn't work, try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps.​​​​​​​

    Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

    3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Thanks for letting me know. Kindly try doing a Network Transfer to transfer the game to your Xbox Series X and since it is optimized for Xbox Series XIS, make sure it is downloaded to your internal storage.
