I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

I did as you suggested but did NOT reinstall the program. I am at level 77 and I fear that if I uninstall & reinstall the program I will lose everything and start at zero.

Every time that I click on "Watch Ad" for 5 tickets or 20 coins...."Purchase Error Cancelled...Try Again Later"appears.

This has happened before and sometimes after repeating 7 to 15 times, an "Ad" would appear and I would collect either the 5 tickets or 20 coins.

This time, repeating did not work.

Hopefully, this can be resolved.

Thank you for that update with this issue. These would be the steps we can give for resolution on the forums, including reinstalling the content. Typically if you're logged into the game with your registered gamertag, your save file is stored on the cloud.
Of course, for clarification on this and any other questions, we would recommend reaching out to

the developer forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Were you able to redeem your code at any point over the weekend or are you still having trouble? If you're still running into problems, some possible reasons that come to mind are that the game may not be available in your
region or you have a mismatch of regions between your Xbox Live account and your physical location. (If you're not sure if your region is correct, you can try running your account through our
migration tool.)
