Purchase error saying region does not match

Hi,

When trying to purchase games for Xbox One I keep getting an error saying my payment region does not match the region of the game I am trying to buy. This I know is incorrect. My credit card is Canadian and I am trying to purchase from the Canadian marketplace.
This problem has been occurring since around Christmas. I spoke to someone over chat and they indicated they would try to have it resolved but nothing has changed. They did have me try to make a purchase via my console and it worked then as it has every time
since. However, I have tried four different web browsers, mobile and desktop, and I cannot make a purchase. This same payment method used to work just fine. I can also note that using funds in my Microsoft account works fine on the website. Can you please
look into this.

Black ops 2 region locked

it does match... btw I tried to buy it from xbox.com... its not giving the region msg, but it is saying there was an error and purchase cannot be completed, please try again later.... whats up with that???

 

GTA San Andreas "Dirty Disc" Downloaded from Marketplace

I bought the game yesterday, when I launched it I got an error saying:

The region code for this game does not match your console's region code. Please insert a game with the correct region code.

x: 5829.0 B: 1884.0"

Please, fix this problem.
