Lost 15$ and dont have the DLC in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So i just bought a 25$ xbox gift card and put it on my account and then i went tonthe xbox store to purchase the black ops 3 awakening DLC for $14.99...     Purchase Error. Lost 15$ and dont have the DLC


    So i just bought a 25$ xbox gift card and put it on my account and then i went tonthe xbox store to purchase the black ops 3 awakening DLC for $14.99 plus tax and i clicked buy and it was loading and then it said error please try again and if this happens
    again enter this code on xbox support. And at the bottom of the screen it says purchase, with a long code and the date. So i tried again and it shows i have 10$ now and i dont even have the DLC at all. I looked at the ready to install list and there is nothing.
    Microsoft took my 15$ and didnt give me the dlc.

    Can't purchase the new COD DLC

    I have $15 from converted microsoft points and the DLC costs $14.99. It won't let me use the $15 in my account towards the purchase. This is a problem.

    Would Cod really last you longer than a year?

    It could but Activision would rather have millions of $60 purchases with new games as opposed to millions of $15 purchases with DLC.

    It's a $15 downloadable XBLA title. Plus, you don't have to purchase any of the DLC at all. None of it.

    Season pass, map pack, BS is what it is...

    It's called an error, it happens with everything in life. Something they actually lost a bit of money on considering it was given to some people for free due to a freak error (which was corrected in minutes!).

    They don't have the ability to refund you a portion of the points for the season pass. The season pass itself is a 15% savings if you were to purchase all of the upcoming map packs separately. They will not be giving you any sort of refund at all. Season pass
    purchases are final.

    I dont think account recovery will help either, Does this mean that i have lost all my dlc, And all my purchased things? And as well should i buy a new Hard drive, and create a parent Account so i can accept the terms of use without a parent password?
