    I just closed, waited a few minutes and reopened Microsoft Bingo and these are the errors I get every time I open the game.

    Purchase error & error when opening bingo app

    I have been getting an error when opening bingo (2 every time I open Bingo) and when trying to purchase tickets/coins weather free or by paying. When is it going to be fixed? Purchase Error from this morning, Error code from 7/17/2017

    It has been reset, I will be reinstalling later today if no answer soon.

    Did you try fully restarting your console? or Uninstalling the game reinstalling it ?

    I did reinstall it and it still didn't connect. so I just assume you were working on it. I tried playing it again later in the day, and it did connect. Thank you.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.
