Purchase/Download Problems

Recently I purchased the Destiny 'House of Wolves' expansion on my account using the Xbox One and it worked of-course, it downloaded. But when I go to download it using the same account on Xbox360, it says I haven't bought it; therefore I have to buy it
a 2nd time if I want it on this console. Is there way a this can be fixed? I am not going to go out and pay an additional $30 on something i've already bought. Destiny and 'House of Wolves' are available to all consoles so I don't see why this shouldn't work.
I have done the same process before with the 'Dark Below' expansion and it worked fine. Any help is appreciated. Cheers,

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

 

Xbox Live went down

XBox Live does have a very major issue when it comes to their servers. There are always problems when people try to purchase and download their purchases. Yes a lot of people are using the service so it might be a bit hard to keep it operating smoothly and in a stable way, but Microsoft really needs to address this issue as soon as possible.

 

Sorry, but if you want it on both consoles, you will have to purchase it again for the 360.

Even though some games and content are available on both consoles, they are still considered separate consoles. Some publishers do offer upgrade deals if you purchase a game on the 360 first, but not the other way around. If you look at the description in
the 360 marketplace for "Dark Below" it does state that if you purchase it, it will work on both consoles. "House of Wolves" does not.

I bought Saints Row: Gate Out of Hell and when I try to download it a message pops up saying "Can't be downloaded". What do I do to fix this? I don't want to spend $20 on something I can't play.
