I bought a gta shark card for 20$ after I bought I didn't give my 1,500,000 dollars. I check my order history to see if it went through and it says Purchase completed.

Yes, it says the purchase didnt go through. Which doesn't any sence since i played for a day.

you paid for the specializtion code? well anyways if it didnt go through you can try downloading it again by going into your account settings on either your xbox or xbox.com and clicking it in your purchase history. because maybe it didnt go through the
first time. also check if its the same gamertag you used to redeem the code. other then that the only other solution is to contact xbox

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
