Discus and support Purchase did not download and am asked to buy again. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Paid for AW Season Pass on 27/02/2015 (transaction verified as completed by PayPal), no download occurred, nothing shows in download history either....     Paid for AW Season Pass on 27/02/2015 (transaction verified as completed by PayPal), no download occurred, nothing shows in download history either.

    When season pass is selected again we're asked to buy again. Why?

    Account region and actual region match and nothing else has changed.

    Solution please.

    I emailed Ubisoft and was told that It has been permanently removed. When I asked why they did not reply. If you purchased it prior to it being removed you can download again via your Purchase History. No one else will be able to download it again as
    a first time purchase because they will not find it since as I mentioned it has been permanently removed.

    Hello good afternoon. I have a problem with my account buy a game on 21 this month and last night I wanted to play and would not let me open it , so uninstall it and look in the download list and did not. I look in the store and asked me to buy him again

    Can you check your download history? Go to Settings>Accounts>Download History

    If it does not show up there confirm that you have purchased it on the correct account and double check at commerce.microsoft.com. Then contact phone support for more assistance as only they can deal with billing issues.

    Try going to your purchase history and verify that the purchase did go through.

    If so, then you can download it again from your download history without having to buy it.

    If for some reason the purchase did NOT go through, then you haven't lost any money, and will just have to try to purchase it again.

    Now, If you did purchase it, and are STILL being charged for it again, then I have to ask:

    Did you download it to your flash drive, instead of the HD?

    if this is the case, then you probably have a license issue, for which I recommend that you go to this thread:

    Wheres my purchased and downloaded map packs gone!!!

    Why did you buy them again? You should have just gone to the in game STORE and redownloaded them. Or at the very least come to here, twitter or thecallofduty forums to see what was going on. Just a side note, if you already purchased
    them with this account it would not allow the same account to purchase them again, it would just ask you if you wanted to download again.
