    That link is of no help I have contacted 2 people from xbox where one refferd me to request a call and when I tried to do so the link above said calls are unavailable for this problem. THE next person said to contact a virtual agent which was of no help
    whatsoever

    I cannot access the games I bought as they are stating I have to buy the game which I had and I have the credit card info and order nr to prove it I just meet to speak to an operator on a call give him the order number so he can track it

    How can I get on the phone with an operator? ?!

    Are you sure you are using the correct Xbox/Microsoft account that you purchased the game/s on?

    As I said you can pick any topic on the support link, to get a callback. If you want to speak to a customer service representative.

    No it does not show up in purchase history only 1 of the 2 games do but I have the transaction number for both games

    Does the game show up in your purchase history at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com

    Go via the support link, request a callback, you don't need to follow the route for purchase and content. Try billing or any other till you get a callback option.

    well the issue iusn't so much that you will get baned

    its more often then not

    moder forums aint the best source for advice FYI

    most likely you will have wasted MS points

    with region locked content proxies dont work so well and usually end at 99% with corrupted downloads



    your best bet is to create an account in your actual region or use the region migration tool for your actual region



    make sure your disk is compatible with your dlc region though
