Purchase Codes not working

Those 2 games are region locked. So the most common issue is a region issue. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available.

Dlc codes only work in the physical region they were purchased in stated in the gamestop website which I assumed that's where you purchased the code

If the code was purchased in Singapore and it is not working for a Singapore account then the issue may be that it was not activated at point of purchase. Take it back to the store and have them activate the code.
