    Purchase cannot be completed


    I am a gold member and trying to get Assassin's creed 3 for several days. But it always says “Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”. Don't know what is going on. Please help me figure it out.

    GWG: purchase cannot be completed.

    i am trying to download Lego star Wars that is free this month, and for 3 days it has said 'Your purchase cannot be completed at this time'.

    I have checked older threads and have changed my region between UK (originally) and Canada (where i now live) and still the same. It has let me 'buy' the other 2 games from this month.

    I am having similar problem here. I have taken to the next step by contacting the Microsoft Customer Service Support. First they claimed that they had problem processing the payment via PayPal and requested me to add a credit card to the account, which I
    could not comprehend why. I added the credit card to my account anyway but till now, I am still not able to complete the purchase. Does anybody know how can I escalate this issue so that it gets appropriate attention?
