Discus and support Purchase cannot be completed at this time, Portal 2 2k19 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Had this error when trying to grab Portal 2 as part of Games for Gold.     Had this error when trying to grab Portal 2 as part of Games for Gold.

    What should I do and anyone else have/had this issue?

    Have you tried to download the game through the
    website instead    ? Your online profile will still unlock the game for use on your Xbox.

    For that game u have to have a valid credit card to download it im pretty sure cause anytime i try to get those xbox 360 games

    Have you tried to download the game through the
    website instead    ? Your online profile will still unlock the game for use on your Xbox.

    The information has already been given in the thread.

    Most content on LIVE is under a region lock and in that case your physical region and your account region must match. If they don't then you wont be able to make the purchase.

    -

    If you live in a region that is not officially supported by LIVE then all you can do is wait and hope that it becomes available.

    -

    Gold membership is region free if bought as a redeemable code.
