purchase canceled ??

i bought the call of duty modern warfare game and it took about 3 days to finally play the game but the game wont work and i don't know why it took me three days to fully download it but the game wont start so i check my order history and i see that the
status of the order is canceled?

can anyone help me with this situation?

Pre-orders are not charged until within 10 days of the release. So if it was cancelled then that means they weren't able to charge you. A new debit card could have been the reason if the system was looking for the old number, but you would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can verify why.http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hey bud does say order cancelled or purchase? Did you use money on your account or did you use one of the payment methods saved on file?

If it was a payment method on file check you email for the account and see if they gave a response on why it was cancelled.
