    If that doesn't work then you'll need to continue dealing with phone support for assistance with this.

    Hi. I contacted the service about a problem on my account. It seems that my account is limited for purchase and use. The person told me that it would be taken care of ... but so far, nothing!!!!

    I need a discounted game before the end of ultimate sales, but in this way is impossible...Anyone knows if MS will prolong the offer?

    If u guys are getting the message saying that you need to try again tomorrow, then all you need to do is update your billing info on the console

    xb1: settings>payment and billing>add billing info

    360: settings>account>your information>billing information
