Discus and support Purchase and Usage Content in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I tried purchasing games from the Microsoft Store, yet it won't let me do it.     I tried purchasing games from the Microsoft Store, yet it won't let me do it. Can you please fix it for me?

    I'm having the same issue - I'm connected, I'm signed in to Xbox Live, but I can't play Destiny or Call of Duty, because they don't see the Xbox Live connection. (I couldn't even run IE to check Xbox Live's status - IE needs an Xbox Live token to run too,
    apparently.

    I powered off the console, and on powering up I got an update that I have to install - hopefully the update fixes the problem?

    At the time of this post, there is currently a service alert concerning the "Purchase and Content Usage" Xbox Live servers. Typically, this affects attempts at buying digital games or retrieving DRM licenses when launching digitally-purchased games on your
    Xbox.

    You can check the latest information about the Xbox Live servers here: https://xbox.com/status

    Whenever XBL service alerts happen, Microsoft deploys engineers to fix the problem. The only thing anybody can do now is wait until the issue is fixed by Microsoft's engineers. They provide no ETA on server restoration.

    Having the same issues. Trying to play Evolve or COD:AW and I can play for about 3 or 4 mins before I get kicked off and told to connect to xbox live. Tried everything, removed my account, reset routers and power cycled the xbox. Everything else works fine,
    (Netflix, party chats etc), really getting annoyed this is not a user problem it's a Microsoft problem that they need to fix ASAP!

    If I'm on my xbox live account, I can't even boot up the game, it just freezes on the Title Screen. Same thing for every game I own. This is the third day now and still no update from Microsoft on what's going on.
