Cant redeem xbox live code and cant use wallet as payment option. How can i solve this problem?

Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

How can you not understand that redeeming a code is not making a purchase? You made the purchase of the codes sometime in the past and then later redeem them. Wherever you got the codes from is where the purchase was made. Redeeming them is not a purchase!
That's all there is to it. Pretty simple really.

I'm not sure of you can redeem them direct on the purchase. But you can certainly redeem them as a gift card and use that to purchase.

It did redeem though as the OP noted it is in their purchase history...it's just not available to download
