Purchase and never received what I purchased

    I bought 600 R6 credits, and it said the transaction went through, but I never received the credits. Can someone help with this? I want my 5 dollars back.

    It looks like that game is one of the few that aren't backwards compatible, and therefor can't be played on the xbox one.
