    I see that from all these post that Microsoft is not trying to fix this problem and it would a waste of time calling... So I think you don't care and I'll take my business to Sony. Thanks a lot!!!

    Hey there, Lazy14!

    I think it would stem from the service alert that we were having previously having but its best to try a bit more troubleshooting before we assume.

    I would try to power cycle the console using the steps here
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console     first and see if that helps you out any.

    If that doesn't help. then I would try redownloading your account from Xbox Live following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One .


    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that worked out.
