    Guys! i just redeemed my 14 day xbox live trial code and it says that i have gold,i can play the free games u get from gold but when i try to play online or create a party it doesn't work and tell me to purchase gold and when i go to the subscriptions in
    setting it tells me i have no gold idk but maybe it has a relationship to purchase and content usage problem that occured in xbox live service this morning plz help me on how to fix it

    I'm having the same issue - I'm connected, I'm signed in to Xbox Live, but I can't play Destiny or Call of Duty, because they don't see the Xbox Live connection. (I couldn't even run IE to check Xbox Live's status - IE needs an Xbox Live token to run too,
    apparently.

    I powered off the console, and on powering up I got an update that I have to install - hopefully the update fixes the problem?

    Trial codes don't change your account status to gold. It just gives you some benefits of online multiplayer. They don't always work with all game modes and some will only work for the games they came with.

  6. Hmm, which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to on
    account.live.com?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not
    work properly.

  7. my contry is algeria and i am using france on xbox and my account as it seems this is the first time it happened to me i can play games with gold it says my gold will expire this 20 th june but i can't play online but my all other trials were working could
    it be because i purchased it when content usage and purchase problem happened because maybe my xbox didn't think i redeemed the code or something

    Since Algeria isn't an officially supported region, this is likely to be the cause of the issue. You'll need to be physically connecting from a supported region such as France in order for the features to work properly. Selecting France as the region on
    the console alone won't do the trick. If you'd like to see Xbox expand and be supported in Algeria, we'd welcome your feedback on the Xbox Feedback website

    Purchase and content usage is an alert that pops up when our store cant identify licenses on your account for whatever reason. So your live your games or DLC might give you an error that you don't own them. This is an issue handled by our engineers and staff

    Having the same issues. Trying to play Evolve or COD:AW and I can play for about 3 or 4 mins before I get kicked off and told to connect to xbox live. Tried everything, removed my account, reset routers and power cycled the xbox. Everything else works fine,
    (Netflix, party chats etc), really getting annoyed this is not a user problem it's a Microsoft problem that they need to fix ASAP!

    If I'm on my xbox live account, I can't even boot up the game, it just freezes on the Title Screen. Same thing for every game I own. This is the third day now and still no update from Microsoft on what's going on.
