    Hi, my xbox is connected to the internet, i.e. i can see my friends online and can view the store etc however whenever i try to play a game online it wont work be it call of duty of fifa or whatever. Ive tried literally everything from turning the xbox off
    at the wall, turned the router on and off multiple times, tested network connection tested multiplayer connection and all it says is;

    The following service is experiencing issues; Purchase and Content Usage

    It told me to go to xbox support and all i got was this

    Purchase and Content UsageLimited
    Affected platforms:

    • Xbox One
    Affected services:

    • Downloading items that you have already purchased

    Hmm, which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to on
    account.live.com?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not
    work properly.

    Ok,so i have subscription for Xbox live gold and Xbox game pass paid and cannot play the games i downloaded. Can anyone tell me how much will it take to fix this error? Because it is not worth to pay for nothing all this monthly subscriptions. Thanks.

    I'm not trying to download a damned thing. I'm simply trying to connect to Xbox Live. I keep getting the Purchase and Content Usage issue as well. Bunch of *** ***.

    Yeah im not trying to download anything either, all i want to do is play online and it wont let me. When i check the xbox status thingy thats all it says, really quite annoying

  6. Im having the same issue, I went to play advanced warfare and it wasn't working. Tried all my other games and nothing works. It said they'd have an update on what's happening but I have yet to see anything. This is really frustrating, just bought a new game
    and I cant even play

  9. I'm receiving the same service alert 'Downloading items that you have already purchased' but I'm not experiencing much issues except for one thing. When playing COD AW, I need to first go to the combat readiness program, get in, get out then go to xbox live,
    otherwise the game won't connect to xbox live. Hope this info can help a little bit.

  10. If I'm on my xbox live account, I can't even boot up the game, it just freezes on the Title Screen. Same thing for every game I own. This is the third day now and still no update from Microsoft on what's going on.

  11. Same thing here fixed it by while the system is on unplugged it and plugged it back in works fine now.

    Sorry to hear about about the connection issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating this could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • First, check out our Service Status page for updates on any current service alerts.
    • If the issue you are experiencing does not pertain to the service alert, try power cycling your console.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if the issue continues.
    Give the steps above a shot and if the issue continues, please let us know!

    I have experienced a similar issue, I bought Advanced Warfare a day after the issue had started and I cannot even start the install because all my Xbox does is say "insert disc." I believe it is a direct issue with microsoft and call of duty because FIFA
    15 is working fine for me?

    I'm having the same issue - I'm connected, I'm signed in to Xbox Live, but I can't play Destiny or Call of Duty, because they don't see the Xbox Live connection. (I couldn't even run IE to check Xbox Live's status - IE needs an Xbox Live token to run too,
    apparently.

    I powered off the console, and on powering up I got an update that I have to install - hopefully the update fixes the problem?
