Purchase and content usage Xbox one

Hi, had dead space installed electronically from xbox live store, played on it a few times no problem. Few months later played on it again doesnt work!, Says i need to purchase it!. I notice on the current network status it says:"The following service
is experiencing issues: .purchase and content usage", if i go to xbox.com/status it says there are no problems???, Why does my xbox one say different and i havent been able to play my game for days

Home Console Association? Is the account in question set to home console? How many other accounts are on the console? Let us know so we can get the account back up and running!

Gave it a try, did exactly as above. The error for purchase and content on network settings has gone now, i cannot play dead space even though ive signed in....used to say i already owned it, not sure how i was playing it before but now i dont have permission.,
ah well.

Yes under personalisation/my home xbox is set to (my home xbox). There is only one account set on this console

Sometimes it takes a little while for the website to actually catch up with the service issue. If you purchased something that you need to install then you will need to wait until the issue is resolved.

That does bring up a good point, as referenced by Airiak, and in that case would only require you to obtain a membership onto your account to gain full access to the game again.
