    So on the Xbox Live Service page, it says that Purchase and Content Usage is up and running, yet nobody can redeem their codes after they have been detected by the system as valid? Some people who were trying to redeem their valid Xbox Live Gold codes were
    told that their code had already been redeemed after already trying it once and getting the "There is a problem with the Xbox Services" error.. even though, it clearly says on the services page that "Purchase and Content Usage is up and running" when it isn't,
    so why lie?

  3. Unable to purchase Xbox One content with account credit

    It states on the service page - purchase and content usage - up and running. I added £40 to my account yesterday. After not being able to use it I contacted support and was told it takes up to 48 hours for it to be available,( even though it states I have
    it in my account) then I checked the forums and find 8 pages of complaints about the same issue. Support are telling me any BS to buy them another 24hrs before I complain again. Why does it say: purchase and content usage - up and running. If they were fixing
    the problem why wouldn't they tell me that instead of telling me there is no problem, everything will be fine.

    as far as i noticed all These codes worked fine except for throwing different Errors right back

    so ya, ist not up and running 100% but its neither not working at all

    G'day Sgt! Are you still experiencing these error codes when trying to redeem a Gold code? If you're told that the code has already been redeemed on your 2nd attempt, check your purchase history at
    commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the code's value was applied to your account.

  6. Checked my account and it looks like the code went through successfully, was just getting an error message instead of the usual confirmation message.
