    This purchase and content usage issue is unbelievable now, I’ve had his for a few days now and read a lot of people have the same issue and that this issue that I can’t understand how it’s taken this long for them to fix is not allowing me to play any game
    I own my internet is brilliant and it says the same thing with the purchase and content usage problem everywhere!! Disgusting Microsoft I’ve spent my money on a new account witch worked fine on the 6th hen the next morning and onwards it’s time me “we have
    some issues in outback end with the purchase and content usage” and then on this website they finally updatewhat they said witch still doesn’t but help anyone or tell me anything, when will this be fixed if I can what’s YouTube on here and talk to friends
    why can’t this be fixed and let me play my games!!??

    Just another addition to this post and that’s that I’ve just read that they have updated what it says on the purchase and content usage thing in the Xbox support page and again not much help apart from telling us that the engineers are working on it so stay
    tuned like it’s a TV show how have they not fixed it already if they don’t sort it out by next week that’s gonna be a kick in the mouth to everyone effected by it and especially those who have just spent loads of money on the Xbox, disgusting!!

    The service alert is up on our website, there is a
    notify me     button on the Xbox website and it will let you know when the issue is resolved but I assure you we are working on it
