    When will this get fixed?! Its on and off for me. I live in PH but still need to game just to get my mind straight. I know this 3rd world country doesnt have the best for internet but still, dont steal our money

    Unfortunately only people who work for Microsoft will be able to resolve the issues. They know the issues are going on and are working to resolve these. Hopefully it will all be sorted soon, but it’s just a waiting game.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to assist you directly. There does seem to be a service alert up right now. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time frame for when this will be fixed however,
    the engineers are already working to fix this issue. You can

    . You may also select "Notify me" to receive a text message once the service alert has been lifted.

    Hey there

    In theory the service alert for purachses shouldnt stop you playing games only buying them. However the alert is linked too purachses and content usage. If you own the game digtail then it is possable that the live service cant see that you own it due too
    the service issues.

    Please do try power cycle you console by holding the power button for 10 seconds and turning back on. You can also try unpluging your router/modem and console for 5 mins. Then restarting the network wait 3 to 4 mins then restart the console. This will unsure
    you have a freash new connection too the service

    This is an issue on Microsoft's end. Microsoft has already deployed engineers to help restore the Xbox Live servers.

    At the time of this post, the "Purchase and Content Usage" servers are currently "limited". I actually didn't notice until now, but I see that the affected date is set to "6/22/2018". I'm going to guess that whomever is in charge of updating the status page
    accidentally set the wrong date, because the servers were fine the other day (last I checked).

    When "Purchase and Content Usage" is down, this typically affects buying digital games or even launching digitally-purchased content from your console. There is nothing you need to do except wait until Microsoft's engineers fix the problem.
