    Purchase and Content usage error message problem


    When i try to join parties and load games and apps, it sends me an error message telling me to check my status. When i check it theres another error marker on the purchase and conent usage handle telling me theres a problem. Is this a ban or is there something
    wrong with my console or account?

    Message says:

    There's a problem.

    Can't check usage rights. Make sure you have internet access then restart the app.

    Error code 0xc00D12f7 (0x8004b822)

    This occurs with any purchase attempt for any video content.

    Hi there,

    there is currently a known issue regarding purchase and content usuage, this isn't something wrong on your end, but something on Xbox Live itself.

    See this link for the latest status update:
    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    All should be working fine when the issue on Xbox Live has been resolved.

    Sorry for the issue you may be having with Purchase and Content Usage. Sometimes there may be a
    Service Alertout for Core services. During such times, some members may be having
    problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. There have also been recent alerts for signing into your profile as well.

    Whenever you receive that message on your console or PC, simply go to the listed URL,

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status    , and it will detail the issue and any information related to it. You may also get the option to be alerted when it is over with a one-time only notification.

    If this signing out issue keeps happening when there is no service alert in effect, then you may wish to

    change the password to your account     as previously suggested by our Ambassador. Alternatively, it would also be a good idea to check your console's connection to the internet as well to ensure that it is stable. Xbox
