Purchase again?

I think the games comes in a single disc. After running the installation check the Manage game and add-ons, there could be other updates that need to be downloaded in order for the game to run. Go to your games, hover over COD and press the menu



button then select Manage Game and Add-ons. Then check under updates section on the left.

Hi! Most games these days have day one update and patches that need to be downloaded before the game can be played. Modern Warfare does include the campaign, have you installed this component? There are additional things available for purchase on top of
what comes with the base game.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? i know its a huge game and it might take a while. And which version of the game did you buy? if none of that works i would honestly take it back to where you bought it and buy it on digital instead, to me with
games like that it's less confusing. Hope this helps some!

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Are you signing in the right account that you used to buy Minecraft both in Microsoft Store and Xbox app?

2. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For the meantime, here are the troubleshooting steps that we can perform.

1. Reset Microsoft Store.

• Press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe then hit enter.
  
• An empty Command prompt will pop open. Let it be for a few seconds and the command line will close automatically (after it has cleared the cache behind the background) and Microsoft Store will be launched in its place.
  

2. Repair and Reset Xbox app

• Click Start and click Settings. Or press Windows key + I and click on Apps then installed apps.

• Scroll down and locate Xbox app.

• Click on the dots to the right and choose Advanced options.

• Scroll down and click on Repair and then if still not working, click on Reset.

3. . Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account.

> To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

4. Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.
  

5. Uninstall and reinstall the Minecraft launcher:

Type Minecraft Launcher in the Windows search box, right-click and click Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer.

Open the Microsoft Store/Xbox app, search for Minecraft Launcher using the search box, and install Minecraft Launcher.
