    Purchase additional Xbox One Power supply


    HI,

    I move my console between different rooms and with my old 360 I purchased an additional power supply from MS which solved the issue of moving the power. I cannot seem to find any method to purchase an Xbox one power supply without sending my old one back.

    Any ideas?

    Additional Xbox One Power Supply/Power Cord

    Greetings,

    I'd like to be able to move my Xbox One console between two rooms, without having to move all the cables between rooms. Already have extra HDMI and ethernet cables, so no problem there.

    I've looked for an additional Xbox One power supply/power cord, but there's a dizzying array of them to choose from online. I'm assuming many of these are cheap knock-offs that will either run very hot/loud, have a short lifespan or could potentially harm
    my console.

    Looking for recommendations. Would also appreciate pricing info for any recommendations.

    I'm sure this has been asked before, but I wasn't able to find a "Search" feature in this forum, for some reason. Perhaps I'm blind?

    I can't find one at the Microsoft store. I also need to buy a new one but the only place I can find them are on Ebay for ridiculous amounts of money.

    Best bet would be to phone the Microsoft store for your country.

    I'd stay as far away as possible from any found on ebay as chances are they are not official.

    • Are you having issue powering the Xbox One?

    I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article: Xbox One Power
    Supply Solution    .

    If you've already attempted all troubleshooting and need a replacement for your Xbox One, that begs the question: Is this an Xbox One Original or an Xbox One S or X console?

    You can request to purchase an additional power supply by
    contacting Xbox Support    , if this is for an Xbox One S or X; however, the Xbox One Original power supply is no longer available for purchase from the Microsoft Store, sadly.
