    Purchase add on won’t let me go in to it.


    My son bought an add on for his game on the store & it isn’t letting him go into it as it keeps saying ask a parent to purchase when he has already paid for it. Can any one help please. He has tried restarting his Xbox but it still says the same. I don’t want to have to pay for it again and for him to loose his money. Thank you

    Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply
