Can't sign into Xbox live

Its ***. I spent around 700 on just the initial purcharse of Microsoft products.. And what we get in return?? *** gold rewards and *** service.. Well worth the money! Lol SMH.

Your purchases could have been rejected for a number of reasons.

- past chargebacks on your account

- lack of funds

- a temporary issue

I need to know the exact reason, beause i just bought this account from Ebay with 4 games on it, I was playing those games last week, but now doesn´t work

Well for one thing, buying and selling of accounts is a violation of the terms of service so you can be banned for that.

You would have to contact support directly to speak to billing about why purchases would be rejected. However, since you are not the original owner of the account, there may not be anything they can do. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
