    Purcahsed COD points through rewards app , Points ot registering in game


    I purchased COD points through and Xbox Rewards tile the purchase went through and payment taken.

    When I left the rewards Tab I didn't get a green tick to confirm I had completed the action asked of me.

    Loaded up Warzone and the COD points were not added to my current total.

    I was refunded and tried again thinking it may be some type of bug but same thing happened.

    The 2 sets of points are not the same thing. The points on the Rewards app are how many points you've earned through the Rewards program. The points on the Xbox dashboard is your gamerscore. Gamerscore is earned by earning achievements in games.

    I think you have to buy it through the link for the rewards then you get the points once you register the controller to your xbox

    Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox is not working

    Sounds to me that the app hasn't been getting updated. I know I can review my rewards through the Xbox game pass app under profile. I have a feeling they moved rewards off that app and combined with Xbox game pass as I believe the Microsoft points can
    only be earned through website now but you can earn Xbox game pass points too
