    All these codes seem to be related - basically the ecommerce service is failing in all these cases. Sometimes for purchases, sometimes for code redemption, but never-the-less it is throwing these errors almost immediately which implies it is never even getting
    to the processing of the data at hand (payment / code / etc) .. many people seem to be experiencing these (and other codes) when trying to process ecommerce transactions

    It was fine last week or so when I bought other games, but I started getting the PUR5000 the day Titanfall launched so I just chalked it up to the service being too busy to function properly. However, it is still failing with the same code, similarly for
    others.

    These error codes are not listed in the error code search, which does not surprise me since MS only deems it necessary to post what they think is relevant. If any part of the service can show any error - those error codes and the exact reason for them should
    be posted in the error code lookup.

    MVPs and Support members seem to just be spouting boilerplate answers which really do not apply. MVPs are supposed to be liaisons for the public - at least that's what they were when I was one. We were supposed to act for the people and deal with MS to free
    up resources. If the error code is not listed, then you can't spout a boilerplate answer that you have no idea is or is not related ... a good MVP or SUPPORT personnel that does not have the correct answer for the codes noted above should be going to their
    managers and the ecommerce/billing departments and asking what this means and getting a real answer for the public. That's what we used to do when the MVP program was started. BY not knowing the answer, or just spouting non-answers, you put a bad reflection
    on the MVP and SUPPORT programs.

    Please find out what these codes actually mean and either have them added to the error lookup or post it in here so people have some idea what is going on. There is nothing wrong with any of my data, account settings, etc ... my bank has verified that MS
    / XB has not even TRIED to approve a purchase through them in the past week since my last purchase, so it's not them - that just more proves it is MS's ecommerce service that is failing for whatever reason.

    I await a real response.

    Always same bull***t "sorry to hear this" "sorry to hear that" bla bla bla

    But problem not fixed, 1 week without gold, I can officially confirm: xbox services sucks in all ways.

    Bought Live Gold and can't redeem it in anyway, now support service is offline, what should I do? Stupid console ever, I'm so regret about xbox purchase now, unbelievable.

    Yes, PBR9002. Finished my last game, tried to get a new one and now I'll have to find something else to do during the weekend because support can only forward your problem and you still have to waint 24-48 hours for an answer. That's not good publicity for
    the X-Box. Leaving us without games and no info on what's happening 3 days after a HUGE release....

  7. Actually had time to call/chat with support today and found out these error codes are all kinda related and usually mean there is some issue with the account. You should try chatting/calling to see if it can get cleared up. Finally got mine figured out.

    Just stupid that nobody supporting the forums could really answer WHAT the error usually means and told support that the error message is wrongly worded since it says nothing about calling support - just to try again later.

    Actually had time to call/chat with support today and found out these error codes are all kinda related and usually mean there is some issue with the account. You should try chatting/calling to see if it can get cleared up. Finally got mine figured out.
