    Hello, I am currently having this problem in which I try to go online on games, and it re-directs me to buy an XBOX live membership, which I currently own, they auto-renew the purchase every 16th of each month. Since tuesday last week I've been redirected
    there, but when I go to "purchase" the xbox live Gold, a message "PUR xbox subscriptions max ownership exceeded" appears, and tells me to update the membership.

    When i go to the membership page online, another message saying my payment was returned to me on the 2nd of may, but I seem to not be able to purchase a new xbox live or update my payment. Does anyone know what to do? I can't get in touch with Microsoft
    Xbox costumer service.
